1. Break tasks down into small chunks and feel a sense of accomplishment when you complete one piece before moving on to the next.
2. Write your feelings down on paper.
3. Listen to your favorite music.
4. Take a moment at the end of the day to remember at least one thing you accomplished, even if it is something basic...
What I do on a Thursday night....
when everyone is away from the apartment…What do I do? I watch Freaks and Geeks while eating Cheesecake Brownie Ice Cream, which might be the best thing Ben & Jerry ever made :)
